Creality Hyperspeed PLA quality

I’ve recently ran out of red and decided to buy the Creality Hyperspeed. The project is a simply 6 layer tag with three colors. The other two colors is two different brands. The problem is that everytime it switches to red, it under extrudes. I put the filament in another slot, same result. Swapped to another High speed filament in the slot without telling the printer. Perfect print.
I know it is not the AMS or extruder, as other filaments prints perfect. I rebuilt the hotend with new nozzle, and things improved until the first filament swa. I did the calibrations in Orca slicer, and it prints perfect. My issue looks heat creep, but only for this filament! I slowed down, increased cooling etc. with no real improvement. When I start a print with the filament, it prints perfect, but at layer two it just won’t extrude properly. The next color however prints as good as always.

I have now lowered the temperature to hopefully reduce heat creep and the printer just notified me that the retraction failed… )-: Any thoughts how I can sort this? (I’ve increased purge volumes in case the hyperspeed don’t like the other filament.)

You have to configure the filament to the values given with the filament. That requires some experimentation but BL printers are configured for BL filament.
Sometimes the BL filament setting will work out of the box, sometimes not.
All that is baked in with the RFID tag on a Bambu Lab spool of filament.
You must enter it manually for other brands of filament
