I know there is an option when you cut to create alignment pegs, any chance there could be an option that cuts and aligns 2 holes and then just creates the pegs seperately for you? sometimes the petgs it creats are the one that touches the bed, then you have a bunch of support material you have to print for that piece because its raised up by the peg.
