Crumbly overhangs PETG-CF on H2S

i’ve got issues with small crumbly overhangs on PETG-CF Parts, see pictures. Theres also an issues with material buildup around the nozzle. Any guesses on how to fix that? slower speeds didn’t do anything better. Filament is always dried before use.

same problem on my h2d but more noticeable with tree supports on what i am doing. i also get a big blob on the nozzle
