Custom Bambu PETG filament temp settings are ignored w/HF nozzles

I just installed the 0.4 high flow nozzles and was having problems with printing translucent PETG on a print that printed perfectly numerous times with the regular nozzles. Yes the PETG has been dried. It comes out the nozzle and has difficulty adhering to the plate, even a clean plate. While the print was running I upped the temps manually to 265 and that seemed to help it come out and stick better. I stop cancel the print. So I go into the filament settings and change temps to 265 and start the print again. It completely ignores my settings and prints at 250 first layer, 245 others.

What gives? I did a search and found a post that mentioned something about not being able to change temps with the high flow nozzle for Bambu filaments.

You have two settings in the filament settings: one for the standard nozzle and one for HF. They can have different temperatures, so make sure you have selected the HF settings. My Studio is in Swedish, but you should be able to locate the setting.

yeah I always have to switch the first filament from direct drive to high flow but for some reason the second filament is always set to high flow already. This seems irregardless of the filament types. It could be pets in both filament slots and the high flow nozzle settings are already showing but the first pets filament will still show up as direct drive not high flow of some unknown reason.
