Customer Support Update - Bambu Lab

What date did you purchase it?

Your screenshot shows a price originally of $296.96 and the sake price of $239, not the $250 you quoted.

That marries up with the A1 mini bundle.

That doesn’t come with the AMS where the sale price had been $385.

The AMS lite purchased separately is $249, more expensive than the printer with four filaments.

The printer in your screenshot doesn’t mention Combo in the description.

Bambu Lab A1 mini 3D Printer

They should have done the pictures differently. Like when you select the "A1 Mini Christmas Bundle NONE of the pictures should have been a picture of the printer and the AMS. But some of the pictures were both. In your picture you have it on the last picture but if you scrolled back to the first picture it would have only been the printer. The A1 Mini Christmas Combo Bundle was $385.

** Malc beat me to it, why must I type so slowly…

I am typing on an iPad using one finger from my death bed.

What is your excuse?

I purchased it at the end of November or beginning of December. I did alot of shopping so dates are muddled up.

The $250 is a round about price I paid.

The point is if they are promoting that the combo includes $300 and you buy the Christmas combo and don’t get it, that is very deceptive. I shouldn’t have to guess at what they are talking about. Everyone is in agreement with that. The fact that Bambu is not doing anything about this and buried the combo Christmas bundle page is very piss poor.

At the minimum, should have removed the combo from that promotion and to make it more clear, do what you suggested with the pictures.

You will see below the two screenshots from the current US page.

There are two choices in the thumbnails above the Lead Time caption.

This is the screenshot with the caption.

It is a note to explain the AMS lite unit comes with the combo package only.

I suspect you mistook the caption that is above the choices for the product feature list and thumbnail choices.

I agree it is clearer on the iPad browser rather than my iPhone browser where I just took the screenshots.

I would be annoyed as well, and I am the first to call out Bambu Lab for there errors. I think in this case the you got confused with the bundle and combo and ordered something at an unbelievable value that wasn’t real because you misread it.

Assuming you haven’t opened it/used it, you could ask them to take it back and refund you, you will pay return shipping, but you can then order the correct one. It will clearly be a long wait time though.

I would point out the obvious that you aren’t referencing the Combo Christmas Bundle page, so we are not on the same page and aren’t comparing apples to apples.

There are a lot of differences between the pages including items associated, cost, and the description of the listings.

The lack of customer service and weird responses will make me leave negative reviews and submit appropriate complaints. Federal and state levels. I will provide anyone with the proper channels if needed as well.

I can’t reference the offer that is no longer available.

The best I can do is reference the next best thing, the current offer.

We are comparing how the offer was presented though.

That makes no sense.

By the way, I paid $289.18 on December 2nd for the Combo Christmas Bundle and your current next best thing still says combos come with an AMS Lite. I guess I have to read in between the lines and know my combo isn’t good enough. LOL. Good customer service could have fixed this issue.

They are not selling the Christmas bundles right now, they were part of the current sale, nit the previous Black Friday one.

The prices and breakdowns are available though, same image as I supplied previously without any guess work on my part based on your guess work of how much you paid.

Taken from the T&Cs page which is still live.

So, which one DO you think you bought and which one DID you buy?

It does appear you confused the slideshow of A1 mini range images for product information about the specific one you selected.

It is clear you are annoyed with me, but, remember, I am simply trying to help you understand what went wrong so you can work out what options you have.

Did you receive 4 1Kg filament spools with your printer order?

You aren’t annoying me.

I did the next best thing and provided you with the combo Christmas bundle and the current listing. Nothing too confusing about that. But, I’m guessing you are seeing the issue I’m having. I received the printer and filaments.

The guessing is out the window on how much I paid when I gave you how much I paid to the exact penny and date.

You can pull up your order on the website, or look at the email you received when you placed the order. If it says “A1 Mini Combo Christmas Bundle” then they owe you an AMS. If it says “A1 Mini Christmas Bundle” they probably won’t be able to help you.

There is no price listed as $289.18, so, I have to assume this is the price paid with taxes.

I do not know which state you live in or which tax rate if any it attracts.

You have also chosen not to share if you received four filaments.

You have purchased the A1 mini Bundle, a guess based solely on it is the closest price to what you paid.

With the A1 mini Combo Bundle priced at $385, it is not that one as that is almost $100 more expensive.

So much for being the oracle if you can’t keep up with detail (filament was listed above), and yes there are taxes and fees associated in purchasing, as well as, clear itemized listings and descriptions of what is being purchased.

Your rudeness is never-ending, people here are trying to help you and yet, your wish to dig yourself into a hole no one will peek into is seemingly abundant.

That could have meant the filament sample it comes with, given your complete lack of details and muddying the water with as little details as possible.

You have chosen not to provide them or given the price you paid without the taxes. You have chosen not to list the name on the invoice/confirmation of order.

It appears you have realised you misread the item you selected, failed to check it in the order and are now mad at everyone for daring to help you get to a point that with knowledge comes choices.

You wish to stay angry, good on you, you wish to be rude, good on you.

Why not, it is after all everyone else’s fault.

Of all the things that Bambu Lab did during the sales, two back-to-back dumb sales, this isn’t one of them.

Or it is and you and only you purchased a printer for $100~ less than everyone else saw it and BL did a quick change.

I am out, I wish you all the best in the world, which I assume you will take offence at.

Wow, what an incredibly rude reply to someone who was trying to help you.

BTW, there is not a single employee of Bambu Labs who reads these forums. If you have a customer support issue, you will need to make a support ticket.

Especially for something like this, you might consider its own thread if you want exposure to the topic, or contact customer support directly. A post hidden away in a thread on a different topic won’t likely help you much.
