Cutter/Printhead Switch Problems with a new X2D

I had a problem with my new X2D printer. When I tried to unload the AUX’s filament, I got an error saying the printer could not cut the filament. Various messing around and I was able to get past that problem. Then I received an error saying that the printer could not switch printheads. I finally realized that the cable track was dropping too far and interfering with the printhead movement. Upon further examination, it appears that the one of the joins in the chain linked conduit became unclipped. Snapping it back in place seems to have solved the problem.

good to know if that ever happens to me. I guess that wasn’t trivial to spot.

It’s probably a trivial thing once one has experience with the way the wires are supported. I’m coming from an A1 where the lines are out in the open and easy to see if they are in the way. Also, with the AMS on top of the printer it’s not the easiest area to see clearly.
