I am using the cutting module for the first time. I created a Print Then Cut project, printed the paper and placed the paper on the cutting mat. The H2D goes through an alignment/phase. The cutting blade poked into one of the registration marks, the blade pulled out of the magnetic holder, and the cutting module jammed it into the mat at an angle. I cancelled the print job and reinserted the cutting blade making sure it was completely inserted in the holder (magnet pulled blade into position). I began the project again, and the same thing happened, but this time the H2D bent the blade. How can I keep the blade from falling out?
