Ordered our second H2D and it arrived with a broken door and it is torqued as it seems to have been dropped in shipping. We need to return and have it replaced asap. Our buyer sent pics and all the info the same week and we’ve heard nothing back for a couple weeks after multiple attempts to contact. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.
I am sorry to hear this.
I assume you have updated the ticket with your justifiable annoyance.
If you paid by credit or debit card, PayPal or similar, you may be able to initiate a chargeback or refund from them.
Annoyingly, it often comes to this to force the hand of Bambu Lab.
@BambuLab can you get on and do the required customer service part of your job rather than pretending all is well?
While your printers are great, your horrendous record of customer service (I am also a repeated victim) will be your undoing, as you appear to hope the quality of your printers will hold you up alone. This is anti-customer and a short-term plaster on a problem.
Fastest:
- Order a replacement today.
- Chargeback the damaged one. Support will contact you right away.
Money talks! Thank you for your insight!
Not sure where you live. But retail gets you same price and no shipping $$$$
How did your buyer contact Bambu about the issue? If they send them an email you’re not going to get anywhere. You need to create a ticket.
