If you read the above replies, you would’ve seen this one from Tanklet, a MakerWorld dev:
Thanks for reading it and posting it again to me, bro.
finaly. Have al the sites on dark only Makerworld shines bright like a star
This must be done asap, I avoid this site because of this. My go-to is printables because they have dark mode and not because there are better design models. Please get this done. I do not like using plugins to do this - it never does the job as it should.
Cults3d has Dark mode aswell
wonder if this will ever come to safari
Be patient. It’s coming in early December, as per Tanklet’s message above. Stop bumping this thread until December has come and gone.
Dark reader, you can find it on google store. no problems on any sites, makerworld included
Yes. Anybody who read this thread would know that that has already been suggested. Those of us who prefer native dark modes will wait until later this month. Those of us who need dark mode on every site already know about and use Dark Reader.
pokes with stick …but December is almost over now, still no Dark Mode =\
it’s 13th! That’s not even halfway there! Wait till 16th will ya…
As Johnny Bit said, it’s not almost over. Give them time to properly implement it, you don’t want them rushing to release a half baked feature just because it’s getting close to the end of the first half of the month that they promised it in.
I don’t know where you live or what you celebrate but in the working world theres about a week left before everyone phones it in and goes in to holiday mode where nothing happens. the week of the 23rd through next year is like a dead zone for productivity lol. So as much as rotations around the earth are concerned, sure theres time, but for work productivity, not so much…in conclusion, im not optimistic.
This function is already under development. Don’t worry.
It impacts legibility of some areas, eg:
Not a legibility issue but it’s kinda ugly in my opinion. Maybe just solid instead of a gradient?
Nice - all we need now is a way to get rid of the comment length rule in the forum, maybe a preference that becomes available when you get above a specific trusted level??
