Deformation temp TPU 95A HT?

I can’t find the deformation temperature for the TPU-95 A HF.

The TPU protective housing is located in direct sunlight behind the windshield of an aeroplane. At the backside of the housing there is a DC-Fan.

They don’t usually list deformation temp for TPU, I think because it’s too soft at room temperature to test.

Yes. Perhaps I should talk about the elasticity limit of TPU. It’s a matter of safety. If I get into a car or plane and I bump against the casing, the TPU should go back into shape and not remain deformed.
I think I have to test the heat resistent and the elastticity of the different type of TPU. Maybe TPU for AMS ist right for the project.

*) The german word is: Elastizitätsgrenze

A number that you might want to use is the recommended drying temperature. Below that temperature, we know the filament shouldn’t stick to itself, and shouldn’t deform from round to square under the weight and tension of the filament on the spool.
It’s probably a very conservative number, but at least it’s something you can compare to other filaments.
