Hi all,
lots of my prints have these lines in it,
any idea how to solve it ?
I’m using PLA, flow calibrated, printing at very low speed,
X1C with 01.07.02.00.
Printer is calibrated yesterday.

Have you clean your carbon rods and checked the XY belt tenshion ?
Not yet, will try tomorrow when nobody is asleep
tnx
If you want you can also check the Z belt tenshion.
I’m having a somewhat similar issue, but the lines are in small and very localized spots, and are pretty rough. Weird part is that it’s in the same exact spot of my print every time. I might give the carbon rods a clean and re-tension the belts like what 3DTech is saying though.
Damn, that looks difficult. is that really necessary after 45 days ?
If your printer is that new, clean the carbon rods first to see what happens then you can adjust the belts if needed.
Also do it like the video moving the print head back and forth on the carbon rods when cleaning.
The Z belt is easy if you are only readjusting the tension on the Z belt you should be ok on this one being your printer is new.
I do this type of maintenance on my printer every month. Since I print alot of ABS. It keeps my printer in top notch condition.
