With the confirmation mails from BL and the bank statement for the payment you should raise the matter with customer support. It’s worrisome the fact that after your payment BL claims that you haven’t placed any order. You should make a screenshot of your BL account page stating that or save the page as pdf, and I’d contact the bank and, after explaining the situation, I’d request the full refund through the bank. My 2 cents.
The OP’s entire story is worrisome. I question how he manages to get through life daily.
As for BL, I don’t think they’ve claimed anything at this point. All we have right now is the OP’s interpretation of what he thinks happened.

Payed with paypal they will figure something out worst case but if I got it from the official website I will see the product’s some day will just have to wait.
My worry was that the website has “ca” and “en” in it that is how I got scamed the last time plus 2 parcels from 2 different shipping company’s have no show is a big coincidence I sure hope

Update: Website posted up there seams to be legitim because I did receive the filament a couple of days ago but still no printer.

Managed to find the correct place to create a support ticket with the help of a member here yesterday so hopefully something will get figured out sometimes this life.
Trying to find a used printer on marketplace today and live on only need a few parts printed per machine rest is steel anyways.
