Trying to figure out if the XY steppers need to be a matched pair as replacement stepper is a V1 and has different identification numbers from steppers on the printer. @SupportAssistant will you please clarify.
I’ll kind of reply. Support stated the “V1” stepper originally sent was incorrect and was not to be used, unfortunately I had already installed it and ran it for a bit prior to the follow up. they sent a replacement that matched the originals and I’m back up and running.
