Disapointed by my Bambu A1 Combo - Unknow Error Code

Hello,

I have a Bambu A1 printer that i haven’t used much. I only have 50 hours print time!

When it worked it worked fine, but tonight when i turn on my printer i got an unknow error code.

0300-806F182121 and can’t find this error code on the error code online list.

But in bambu handy the assistant told me there is a problem with the temperature control of the bed.

Also noticed on my bambu printer screen that the bed temperature show 332Deg. C. but

the bed is cold to the touch,it did not warm up at all.

Hope this is an easy fix… if it’s already broke after only 50 hours i will be very disapointed. :frowning:

EDIT: Tried to do a calibration and got a new code: 0300-0100-0001-0005[191014]

That’s strange, that’s a code for the A2L, but maybe it applies to the A1 as well.

“A heatbed temperature control issue has been detected and the heating module may be damaged. Please power off the device immediately and follow the Wiki to replace the AC board.”

Are you sure the last digit is a 5? Or did you make a typo and mean A2L?

Either way, the initial codes confirm that it should be a heatbed temprerature problem - at least according to the HMS code.

The best thing to do is to open a ticket to support and describe the problem to them. The warranty should still be valid, so you should be able to get a replacement part for free.
