Can one of the MODs send them private message to the bot again. I do not have the private message in my messages.

I’ve typed this in chat @discobot display help, I’ve typed in the search box. It’s still not making since to me, and nothing is popping up. Somebody point me in the right direction. Where am I suppose to ask this “@discobot display help”, screen shot is possible please
