I have 38 points. I thought statue confirms in MakerLab required 10 points (I have made four so far at 10pts each). Try to confirm a new one and get “insufficient points” response. Now what have I messed up?
I think you mixed up to things: Points and Credits.

Currently you can buy 10 Credits for just 1 point:
Thanks very much for helping me out here. I have 38 gold things. Do you have any idea how many credits I need for a statue? When I try to buy credits I do not get the display you have posted. That is, I just get the parts above the “get” bar. You will get lots of moral points or credits for helping out a lost geezer (86 yrs old). My son gave me an A1 Mini, which is huge fun, but I keep banging up against my own ignorance.
Well, I searched, but I could not really find any information. I just tested it and get this for generation a statue:
If you click on “Get More Credits” I have a similiar view like in the points shop (I ccensored my current points):
You should see something similar.
Thanks very much for making the effort. I cannot get a screen which looks like yours after the “get more credits” confirm. Think I’ll just do something else for a while and see if it all clears up. Great bunch of folks on this site and you’re one of the best.
Feel free to share a screenshot of your view, maybe we can figure out what is going on.
In the last screenshot → scroll down the points shop section and at the end you should see
Click [Get] under either of “MakerLab Credits” and you should see this:
Click [Redeem] and MakerLab credits should be granted to you.
Ah! Scroll down the points shop section. It works. Thanks to all who helped. Old dudes and tech are, well, mildly incapable of smooth mixing.
