Disgusting PLA/PETG prints off A1. Support not helping

Hello everyone. I have already contacted support about this but it feels like it’s getting nowhere.

At this point, I have to spend around a day calibrating the A1 for each filament and before a specific print before it prints an acceptable result.

I’m testing the Bambu PETG HF as well as other brands (Prusa, Sunlu and Aurapol) and it’s clear the filament is not the cause of the issues.

All filament has been dried before the prints, but most of the artefacts look like they are caused by wet filament but the filament is bone dry.
Clearest indication that my A1 isn’t performing well is the sign of ringing on all prints on matter the material.

White cube was sliced by support with Generic PETG and was printed using Bambu PETG HF.
Blue cube was sliced by me using the 0.08mm and Auropol PLA HT, with Generic PLA profile.

The filaments print fine on other printers.

The machine is less than month old and around 3 usable prints off it. Everything else has been just printed for calibration…

My A1 also produces a clicking noise when idle and already managed to scrape the bed during calibration. Support has so far ignored these points and I have no idea what to do next.

Does printing in Silent mode change anything. Do the prints that were included with the printer have the same artifacts?

Thank you for the suggestion! This one I haven’t tested yet, I’m on it right now.

That is an issue right there, it was sliced with Generic PETG but printed with Bambu PETG HF.
Slice it with PETG HF & re-print it.

Tried that, same result. Plus this is what Bambu Support actually directed me to do (it’s 3mf sliced by them!), I pointed it out in the ticket as well.

Printed the presliced benchy on SD card with 50% speed, PLA. There is an improvement in the ringing, but it’s still there. Anyone has an example benchy off A1?

Huge difference side-by-side though.
Left one is at 50%, right one is 100%.

Ringing goes down and so do the lines.

Some of it looks like over extrusion…JMO

My A1 Mini came out of the box with wobble. I tightened the screws where the x axis connects to the z axis. Try that.
