Are these compatable in that if you print a multi color project can you use both and they’ll adhere to each other OK?
I just happened to think about this also…..will BL and SUNLU, or another brand of, PETG work together OK?
I know PETG and PLA don’t work well together, but I hope the PETG’s do.
I does for the few things I’ve printed. I dont think they would look good if you ran out of an HF roll in a color and switched to basic due to the difference in sheen though.
Yes, you can generally mix anything in the polyester family: PET, PETG, PCTG plus the carbon and glass fiber variants and they will adhere to each other.
I’ve had to shelve a couple of projects because the replacements for the unobtanium Bambu PETG-HF from Bambu and other vendors just don’t look right to me. I can’t match the colors and the gloss is quite different.
