You should clearly describe (and exemplify/illustrate) the symptoms, if you are looking for a diagnosis. In other words, you need to provide more and detailed context in order for us to be able to provide you with possible solutions.

The purge chute looks slightly bent , where it attaches to the A1 (square hole) that is probably the reason it keeps getting pulled off ?
