Does this look like under extrusion?

Does this top surface look like under-extrusion or something else?

Yes, it looks like under-extrusion. The gaps between the lines are a dead giveaway.

I was pretty sure that was it, just wanted to confirm.

The filament is FlashForge PLA Pro, the X1C auto-calibration set the flow ratio to 0.989.

I was going to do a manual calibration, but when I pulled up my notes I saw that I had already done it and when I saw the number I remembered it. When I did the manual calibration, the number I got was 1.0444, which seemed too high to me so I thought that my visual judgement was just incorrect.

I think I was right about my number being too high. This is a different part. It looks over-extruded especially at the corners around screw holes.

I am going to try calibrating again.

@SimEyeSee try print a cube vase mode with no top or bottom shells
and measure with caliper the wall width from the top opening ignoring the bottom few layers and compare with the setting in the Slicer outer wall .
Then you can recalculate by how much to adjust the flow , and then print again
This was the only method i can reliably tune esun LW PLA/PLA Aero (0.45 flow  not a mistake expands over 2 times - 0 retract with this or many problems)
since then i been trying it from time to time on other materials usually confirms the same results,
And discovered that have been a bit off on one of the materials
