Benchy and other items have the drooping edges as shown in the picture. This happens on edges like this. Started happening all of a sudden, I’ve been printing only a week.
Can anyone help me?
ELEGOO Rapid PETG, eSUN PETG Translucent, Bambu Lab PLA Basic Black
A1 0.4 nozzle that came with the printer
I printed the benchy with PETG in 230℃ 235℃ 240℃ 245℃ 255℃ but it didn’t help.
I also checked the fan speed, but it was working correctly (100% when printing the overhangs)
Left one was with Generic PETG, Right one was with Generic PETG HF profile
happens on both PLA (black) and PETG
back side of the benchy.
I did the overhang test print and the problem starts at right about 50 degree as seen in the picture.
Hello @Minase
This issue can be caused by 2 things:
-Wet filament: Since you are printing in PETG, it is a VERY hygroscopic filament, it tends to absorb a LOT of moisture.
-High temperatures: Many times the original profile isn’t perfect, try lowering slightly the temperatures or overhang speed.
you should probably slow it down a little too
I am in the “likely wet filament” camp.
Speed isn’t likely the cause as the test Benchy can be printed perfectly in ludicrous mode.

Thanks you for the reply!
Yes, I dried my filament and printed using an enclosure for AMS Lite. There is also a droop on the temp tower even with PLA.
But after I changed my nozzle, it might be fixed. I wonder why there was a partial clog after using the printer for only one week.
