If i Google this I get mixed results.
When i check Bambu Wiki I see that only the H2D is actually mentioned.
Does this mean that it is not yet possible to dry filament while printing?
Cannot do this on the printer or in Bambu Studio.

I have 2 AMS 2 pro’s and a AMS HT.
AMS B has an adapter and the AMS HT also has a power cable.
You probably need an additional AMS 2 Pro Switching Adapter? You haven’t written about exactly how your setup is configured. Here’s everything gathered together. Take a look and see what applies to you and what you’re missing.

While the OP did copy and regurgitate the WIKI, my H2D has allowed drying both AMS2 unit. Before the update, one could dry on the AMS NOT being used. If my ONE power adapter was on the other AMS2, the display would give me the above warning, but would dry. Today, I had installed update and I’m drying on one of the AMS units as I had new pla roll from Sunlu that wasn’t fully dry. Unit gave the same warning and then I swapped the power adapter to that AMS and warning disappeared. I think it works. but maybe not for H2C
It’s important to put it in the right AMS. Since we just covered this topic recently, I even have the video ready.
However, I am not aware of what changes the update you are referring to involves. You probably know more about that.
My setup is as follows:
AMS HT WITH power cord is setup for left nozzle.
AMS 2 Pro A and AMS 2 Pro B are for the right nozzle.
AMS 2 Pro A does not have a switching adapter and AMS 2 Pro B does have said adapter.
I am lost on this now.

You have to distinguish whether you are drying while the printer is running or in idle mode.
This refers to when the printer does not print anything. However, if I understand correctly that you want to print and dry, then the following applies to you:
Always check the wiki to see whether it is referring to the “print and dry” case or “dry while nothing is being printed.”

Yes, the temp will be lowered but that does not matter.
Before i started this post I did check the Wiki and I am quoting the exact words on the Bambu Wiki:

i like how LITERALLY none of these people actually read your post… NO, you CANNOT use drying while filament is loaded into the feeder or in use by the printer. it does not matter how many power adapters you install… the current firmware does not allow it. this is due to them still trying to figure out how to make it idiot proof so people don’t feed softened filament through the AMS and cause reliability issues that the community will most defiantly blame on Bambu.
currently the ONLY way to dry while printing is with the AMS HT. using the bypass port in the lid and manually loading like using the side spool.

I am guessing that this is just not available for the H2C.
Welcome to the forum. A small suggestion: before you give such “advices” and make a negative impression right at the start, take a look around the forum first and get used to it.
It’s never a good idea to enter a forum swinging an axe wildly.
Oh, right, you spotted that perfectly - I hadn’t noticed it myself. I’ll do some research and see if I can find anything about it on GitHub or in the change history. I’ll look into it, but it’ll take a little while.
Maybe someone else will stumble across this topic in the meantime and be able to comment on it.

I think the real question is we have been waiting since we know the h2d got it in the beta and then release what is up with the h2c on this and other features now out of beta for the h2d. I personally don’t mind waiting but you are confusing so many people since youtubers mostly post h2d/h2c update like titles. Just give us some status report so we are less confused. Same with the announced better tpu support and feeder.. your ‘hinting’ is nice but at some point you have to be clear even if the answer is ‘h2c only on next big release still out at least …. x weeks.

Don’t be confused, they share part of the studio and firmware discussion board. I think that’s a bit awkward. They didn’t split it up.
I think the firmware to print while drying only released for the H2D as of now. I believe the firmware needed to print while drying is 01.02.**.** which will release for the other H2 printers and maybe P2S at a later date. I could be wrong but that’s what I gathered
