Did anyone else who ordered the Vortek Upgrade kit receive a similar email?
“Due to a small system error, some items included in your order were not shipped together…”
And if anyone has received the upgrade kit, are the items shipped together in one package, or separately?

Additionally,
I ordered the Vortek and an additional six .4 hotends for the Vortek.
The package weight according to Ontrac is 10 lbs but only 1x1x1 in size. I’m hoping it’s the Vortek Kit on the way, and not just a false generic weight and dimensions entered for shipping.
Yes, mine is showing 10lbs also… I saw a thread about nozzle shortages, so I’m thinking probably nozzles
I think BL has a shortage of everything. I ordered an AMS 2 Pro and it arrived in three separate shipments–the AMS, the PTFE tubes, and the filament buffer. Each shipment came from a different location.
The upgrade kit came into stock on the UK site yesterday for around 2 hours or so, then went again. I was informed it could have been a ‘SKU error’ as they are not shipping until mid Jan…
You are not going like this. They only shipped one box. That box was labeled Vortek upgrade. The second box that was not shipped contains the Vortek rack, toolhead, heatbed and the AP board. I have not received any update from Bambu when these items will ship.
I had a chat. No date for shipping, but the said they have shipping the parts. No answer if the parts are in stock or where they are shipping from. So much for a small system error. LOL
Didnt Vortek upgrade accidentaly release early? Could they be fumbling around cause they realised they “leaked” it for sales?
It was a simple mistake. Someone thought that the upgrade was only one box as the one box was labeled Vortek upgrade. They didn’t know there was supposed to be 2 boxes. So unknowingly, they just shipped the one box labeled Vortek upgrade. The Bambu Wiki clearly states that there is two boxes for the upgrade. LOL
