Elegoo Tpu airpocket between inner and outer wall

I have a problem with the wall adhesion on my A1 with elegoo tpu. I use the standard generic tpu profile on Orcaslicer. before it printed perfect. no stringing. almost no visible seams.

Currently I am printing book sleeves. so it is just an rectangular box with one side open.

The walls are 3 mm thick. It prints good. But when I bend the sleeve a big airpocket appears between the inner and outer wall.

I have found the setting quality_settings_precision –> Precise wall in orcaslicer. maybe that will help.

I will test it today. But maybe somebody else has a problem?

If the inner and outer walls aren’t glued together it might mean that it is and infill issue, It might be that the infill pattern coincides to not be in the infill areas or that it is set to a low value, if the walls are thin enough I would make the infill 100%.

tnx for the reply

Only the inner and outer wall get loose, see below.

It is not the infill that gets loose. I disabled the following setting.

It seems that fixed it. The latest print has one artifact but i think thats just an coincidence.

The walls are about 3 mm thic, im printing with 2 wall-loops so the infill is about 1.4 mm.

If the problem gets back I will jump the infill to 100%
