Error "invalid tray_id or use_ams flag" with last firmware

After upgrade to 01.09.00.01 (and 01.09.00.00) I got the error “invalid tray_id or use_ams flag” when starting automatic calibration (Flow Dinamics or Flow rate).
I do not use AMS and with the previous firmware all worked normally. Manual calibration from Bambu studio also works well. Anyone have same issue?

Having the same issue with my x1c, Auto calibrations do not work. I’ve powered the printer down (and unplugged) to see if it helps but it did nothing.

Downgraded to the previous FW version and it works again. I’ll stay here until it’s fixed.

I can confirm this happened to me as well — I was quite shocked. I actually like the new UI, but I’ll have to roll back to the previous version.

I have this same issue with external spools. Also, my original AMS takes the Flow Calibration codes, but no plastic is extruded. Models with “Flow Calibration” checked/selected do print, however.
My upgrade path was:
X1 Carbon: 01.08.02.00 → 01.09.00.00
AMS Hub: 00.00.00.43
AMS 1: 00.00.06.44 → 00.01.06.62
AMS 2: 00.00.06.44 → 00.01.06.62

I’m not experiencing any issues on version 01.09.00.01, and I just calibrated my TPU 95A HF using the external spool. I do have two AMS units — could that possibly be a factor in why it’s working for me?

I also own and use two AMS units… right now reverting to the older Firmware.

Probably the issue is raised when there is only the external spool without AMS

Nope, i use also two AMS units

In any case I too revert to the 01.08.02.00 waiting for the fix

I have the same problem with the new software

Same here with external TPU spool
