I received a “hotend cooling fan is too slow or stopped” error message (HMS 0300-0300-0001 -0001 error ). I followed the recommendations, cycling power checking for debris as well as checking connectors when I select the fan from control board or the app I am able to run it up to 100%. the P1S printer is new purchased just two days ago first two prints went smooth i had a failure on print 3 and now the fan issue has me frustrated. Anybody have a similar issue and have advice ?

did you touch the fan at all, or did you clean it out with a compressed air can?

Touch this fan to ensure it is working
If it is not, replace it, or open a support ticket for a warranty part, etc
If it is working, open support ticket for diagnosis. could be a number of things and they’ll send you whatever it ends up being.
I did spin the fan to make sure the if moved freely - then i saw i could manually turn it with the app and the control board - i used some compressed air _ didnt see any debris but that did the trick ( i dont understand why as the fan worked when i manually used it ). THANK YOU

The tip of the hotend does have some debris on it but when I print a Bambi coin it prints fine

June 16 2026 and Handy keeps giving me the horned warning…..as I watch the printer print on the camera!!! Need this fixed.
