Error positionning with Fysetc print plate

When i use my Fysetc print plate, every time i have an error saying that my print plate is misaligned. That was not the case when i first started to use this plate. It was fine for a few weeks. But now the error appear at every start of a print. Maybe it’s started after a firmware update, i’m not sure. Of course it’s possible to ignore the message but i have to do that for every print meaning launching the print, waiting a few minutes for the printer to check the alignment and then click on ignore. Very annoying. Of course, in Bambu Studio i select the smooth plate as i should and the QR code on the Fysetc plate is the one for the smooth plate.
Any idea how i could solve this?

I occasionally experience that on my Darkmoon CFX plate as well as on the Textured PEI and Smooth PEI. Your suspicion that it might be firmware-related is probably correct, since it’s a new feature introduced in the latest release.

I also encounter this problem that didn’t exist before.
I’m very happy with this plaque, a pity that Bambu didn’t do it originally.
Maybe @SupportAssistant can help us? But since it’s a third piece, to see.

If you try to create a ticket, you’ll get the standard response that they don’t make that kind of plate and that it will take a considerable amount of time to investigate, etc. Been there, done that, so to speak…

Every single time I’ve received that message, all I had to do was simply restart the print job, and everything worked again without making any changes to the build plate.

There was an update that added this detection for the latest software. Also happens for me on the Glacier. I completely turned off the build plate detection. Someone has requested Bambu on GitHub to make a separate checkmark for that

I experience this on my original Bambu Lab plates as well, so I don’t really think it has anything to do with third-party build plates. It’s just another poorly implemented feature that could actually save a print if it worked as intended.

I have same issue on BIQU plate. Never happened on previous firmware. I just press “problem solved, continue” and prints end up great. Looks like issue with detection algorithm.

i re-calibrated bird’s eye camera and it seems problem is gone for now. We’ll see.

Does not happen to me on my Frostbite plate with my homemade Bambu Lab Smooth plate code stickers

Do you mean the live view camera? Otherwise i don’t see how to calibrate the bird eye view which i thought was reserved to the laser cutter.

Sorry, brain farted. Live view indeed, i do not even have bird’s eye installed. No idea if live view is the one dealing with build plate detection, but it’s been 6 prints now without build plate position complains.

OMG it worked! Thanks a lot, I would have never thought of that.

same issue here. Every print is an error. Camera calibration didnt help.

Noticed something similar on my H2S recently. It worked with a Biqu Glacier plate perfectly fine for a half year or so, but now it suddenly keeps throwing errors that I should check if the plate is properly positioned.

Sure, disabling that check would solve it but it’s kind of strange that it worked for so long and suddenly it throws false positives.
