i cannot use makerlab
it been like this for sometime is there any updates
A couple of questions that would help to understand the issue:
- I’m which makerlab app do you see this error?
- At what step of using the app do you see the error?
- Have you tried on alternate browsers or devices?
hi thanks for responding. i have windows 11 pc and it’s up to date on all of my apps and software
it’s not working on the bambu studio and it’s not shoeing any debug id
and the debug id is shown on chrome and ms edge
and this happens when i try to design anything makerlab (ex. vases) or parametric model maker and also happened when i try to customize models like keychainfor example

Ok thanks for sharing that info. Would it be possible to try connecting though another network? Given that you’re seeing the issue in both Studio and the browser, I’m wondering if it could be a networking issue

Thanks a lot. it’s the only connection i can use. i used the limited hotspot on my phone still the same problem.
But you still right it’s the connection most the time i don’t shut down my pc, i just put it to sleep. So when i restarted my pc everything worked fine. i’m not a network expert but it’s connection error network card.

For 3 days now I can’t download anything I created in MakerLab. It takes 10-15 minutes and gives me an error as if I didn’t have internet. The internet works very well and the computer is good. I also tried at work on another network and the same problem.

Тоже перестала работать marker lab ((( пробовал и bambu studio и различные браузеры и с vpn и без(
