New to printing with the P1S. I had the printer for 11 days before I received the following errors 15 days ago:
HMS_0300-0d00-0001-000b : The Z axis motor seems to be stuck when moving.
HMS_0300-0000-0001-00005: Force sensor 2 detected unexpected continuous force.
This occurred when I started a new print after forgetting to remove the previous print from the heat bed/build plate. Auto-Calibration will not complete, it stops at 24% then returns to 0%. I can move the build plate through the full range via the printer panel.
I opened a support ticket. Followed the troubleshooting steps as covered in the wiki links for the above errors. I’ve sent them the requested photos/videos and logs. After a week they decided to send me a new sensor to replace the #2 force sensor.
I’m still receiving the HMS_0300-0d00-0001-000b error after replacing the sensor and attempting to run the calibration. Support has stopped responding to my replies.
If you have any recommendations/suggestions I greatly appreciate it.
The problem may be that you need to restart/factory restart.
I have done a factory reset a couple of times. After factory reset I get the 0x3004000 error.
Bambu support determined the issue was a bad heatbed.
