"Escalate Your Case" does not garner a response

After three weeks of going back and forth with Bambu tech support on a month-old printer in casual home use and waiting a week at a time for the next part that they (if really a “they” and not AI) think will solve the problem (which it hasn’t), I tried the “If you are not satisfied with our response, click the link below to escalate your request and our management team will reach out to you within 24 hours (Mon. - Fri.).” link. Nothing happens. Even repeated use with clear descriptions does not result in a response.

Tech support seems canned and without any continuity from step to step.

I’m at the end of my patience, but not quite far enough to file a credit card dispute. How can I get Bambu to be more effective on resolving a continuing printer-down issue?

It would be good to have some context.

If they are sending you parts, that is a good sign. It is hard to diagnose something that you can not see.

What have they sent you so far? What is the issue that you are having?

The printer went up against its X travel and ground down the X belt. While waiting for the X belt and after that was replaced it is unable to reliably clean the toolhead, failing with Z-axis determination. It occasionally will go through the motions of cleaning the nozzle near the top of the Z travel. It has also ground itself against the top of the Z travel, again making sounds of constant belt skipping on the sprocket. Eddy current coil checked, Extruder replaced, TH board replaced. Some decisions were made based on logs supplied before the replacement of the latest part, drawing conclusions based on outdated information.

Changing the hotend to another Bambu I had as a spare somewhat mitigates (maybe on in ten times I can start a print), but that hotend can’t seem to lay down a good first layer or continue without plowing through molten plastic. Those tests have ground into the build plate in the “cleaning” section hard enough to leave chatter marks in the steel in the two areas that get used. Much more severe than shown in the Wiki.

I am experiencing a serious issue with my refund from Bambu Lab.

Order number: EN654902788418437121
Amount: 326 €

I returned the product using the official DHL return label provided by Bambu Lab.

I have:

  • Proof of shipment (Einlieferungsbeleg)

  • Official DHL delivery confirmation (Zustellnachweis)

According to DHL, the package was successfully delivered on November 26, 2025 and received by the recipient.

Despite this, Bambu Lab continues to claim that the package has not been received and refuses to issue a refund.

This situation has been ongoing for a long time, and support keeps repeating the same response without resolving the issue.

From my understanding, since the return was made using the seller’s label, the transport risk lies with the seller.

At this point, I am still waiting for my refund.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Any advice would be appreciated.

Chargeback.

Im kinda surprised you havent done one already. Send your bank the proof you have and let them fight it out.

I understand this, however I do not know how to do it. The amount may not be very large, but I do not want to be left feeling deceived when I have all the evidence proving that I am right. This forum is my last attempt to resolve this situation peacefully. If this does not happen, I will have no choice but to contact a lawyer and take the matter to court.

In short: call your bank.

It looks like you are in Germany? From what I know, the process is similar to the US. Maybe easier because of stronger consumer protection laws.

Court is too far.

Contact your bank, explain the situation, provide the proofs and request them to chargeback from Bambu the amount due. The bank will sort this out for you. Don’t lose any more time (or nerves) over this. Since November until today, you’ve clearly showed patience and understanding, but both have a limit. Chargeback and be done with it.

Thank you for your help, maybe there are managers here who will contact me to solve this issue?

This is why I use PayPal to make purchases from Bambu or any company with crappy support. PayPal has always had my back. Usually refunding the money instantly.

There is one or two actual employees in this forum, but they dont respond often. Also, from what ive seen, sometimes they respond but dont actually help.

Just a friendly heads up. Consumers need to stick together.

I wouldn’t raise any hopes in this regard. If they’d wanted to solve this situation, they could have done it a long time ago, from the moment you’ve provided them with proof (DHL documents). Fact is, they haven’t, and that alone doesn’t speak well of their business practices in relation with their paying customers (not like such situations are rare occurrences - search this forum and you’ll find plenty more). And unfortunately, your problem won’t get solved via this forum. You may try raising some form of “awareness” by posting here (plenty others have done it before), but I doubt you’ll reach here a satisfactory settlement with Bambu.
