I do believe that to be the case. Well not in “that’s ok to breach licence” but that it’s harder to prove. Having same size is one thing, another could be that any automated operation from original to the resulting model (eg simplify model in slicer or decimate polygons in blender or whatever) results in the “low poly” version. I’m betting on MW copyright violation investigators would like to have the info put on silver plater and just go “yep, looks correct”, that’s why clear violations get taken down easily while low polys probably stay.
Well, looks like the guidelines are buggy, the licence handling is buggy, the support isn’t aware of how buggy it all is… yay for testing on production!
