I’d like to suggest a small firmware improvement for the H2S, and maybe also the H2D and H2C. I would really appreciate the option to control the exhaust fan manually in certain situations. Right now the exhaust is managed automatically by the printer, but for example during a cold pull procedure I’d like to keep the exhaust running so the fumes from nozzle cleaning get pulled out. I know quite a few users also use an external vent hose to push the fumes outside the room.
It might also be useful if, after printing ABS/ASA or any materials that require a heated chamber, the exhaust automatically turned on at the end of the print to vent out any remaining fumes and help the chamber cool down faster.
I’m new here so I’m not sure where this kind of suggestion should go — if I’m saying something impractical, sorry about that!
