I’m looking for real-world experience with Bambu Lab PETG HF used in saltwater (marine) aquariums.
Bambu Lab confirmed to me that there are no official certifications or saltwater test results for this filament, so community feedback is important.
I’d appreciate input on:
- Have you used PETG HF in a saltwater aquarium? For how long and in what application?
- Based on your experience, do you consider it safe for long-term use?
- Does this apply to all colors, or only specific ones?
- Is this based on personal long-term use, coral/invertebrate health, or water test results?
- Did you switch to another filament (e.g. food-grade PETG, ASA, PP)? If so, why?
