I fell victim to this practice today, too. I saved up about a months worth of points (that’s just over 5 gift cards for me), and tried to redeem them today, only to be met with a 5 day verification message… hope the sale is still going by the time they finish reviewing them, otherwise there is no point. It would be super cool if they could let me order using the gift cards, then maybe place my order on hold until gift card verification is complete. Seems like a more friendly solution to me, but I am not an expert.
