Bambu Studio 2.5 supports using color information in an imported .3MF file. Recent versions of OpenSCAD (I’m using 2025.12.21) support color information in .3MF files. If I export a .3MF file with color info and save it to disk, open BS and import that file, the color information is retained. However, if I use the OpenSCAD option to export the file directly to BS, the file is opened with no color information. I have OpenSCAD configured to just pass the file name to the BS command line. I looked at the other command line parameters and tried a couple, but I didn’t find one that would make the model open with color in BS. Has anyone gotten color to work when exporting directly into BS?
