Didnt know where to put this soooooo…. here it is

Is there any chance you guys at Bambulab can give us the option to get our SPARE PARTS, ETC sent by air freight as a (paid by the customer) service as waiting 2 weeks with a less than 1 month old machine sitting doing nothing because the hot end cooling fan failed is slightly annoying and having the option to get those parts to us will be invaluable to YOU as a company

so? if it gets my machine up and running and not sitting doing nothing for TWO WEEKS as that is the average postal time for me, then it is money well spent
