Hi.
As I print this part, I can clearly see an area where the nozzle stops twice (it is maybe only 1/2 second, but it does stop) as it travels through the part and at that location it always leaves some material which results in a raised protrussion. I wish that I could send a video of this so it is clear what I am talking about, but all I can do is upload an image.
I do not know if this is understood as the layer’s seam, as this is a part that has an outer surface and an inner surface and I assume that the seam is usually on the outside surface.
Has anyone experienced this?
Is there a setting that can be adjusted so it does not happen?
This is just the Z seam, when slicing there is a pop-up with interesting info about Bambu Slicer one of them is that you can change the location of the Z-seam wherever you like.
This is the link to the Bmabulab Wiki page that explains how to move the Z-seam wherever you want, good luck.
But, remember you cannot remove the Z-seam, you can only move it to different locations to be more visible or less visible. Hope this helps with your problem. 
The scarf seam usually gives a better impression than the traditional seams. But tailoring settings for the LW-PLA-HT you are using is quite an art.
From my knowledge, LW filaments foam after extrusion, i.e. volume is a function of the cool down which in turn is affected by initial temp, heat, flow and speed (and maybe a few more factors…).

Understood. I will play with the scarf settings. Right now, eveyting is disabled, as far as I can see.

Follow the link @DoneIt posted. Scarf seams are explained in more detail. As you’ll see, there are many variables to account for. Tailoring all of those for a foaming filament would be quite an interesting achievement.
