Extremely clever 3d printing designs on YouTube

We actually had a very similar storage system at work to hold the leftovers from SMD spools for manual repair jobs and such.
Not sure how much we paid for it back in the day but I think a set of 5 cubes plus one rail was over 30 bucks…

@NeverDie :
We had another clever system at work that might fit your request and I can’t find any of it, at least nothing printable…
It was like a ‘tower’ system similar to what you find for snacks and such at a food bar.
Just that every level had a cylindrical ‘pot’ - stackable with a shaft extension like these for planting little things in you veggie tower.
The clever art was that they were segmented, can’t remember if was five or six sections though.
Anyway, the front, the outside of the round wall could be opened and folded down, acting like a dispensing chute.
We had them everywhere as single systems so refilling was quicker but had anything from nuts with matching bolts over electronic parts all the way to LED’s and rubber feet in these compartments.
Massive space saver and with labels on the chute so easy to use…

I like this guy’s approach:

He built up from a granularity of 20x20mm, so there’s less potential for wasted space than with 42mmx42mm gridfinity, but that also means potentially a bigger collection of bins to print and manage, so it comes at a higher cost. In the end, either way is good. It makes sense to shop different systems, because none of them are compatible, so once you buy-in to a particular approach, you’re kinda married to it if/until you chuck it all and start-over with a different system.

The guy comes from a machinist background and also has an upgraded nozzle wiper printable design for the Bambu X and P series that’s very similar to Bambu’s A series nozzle wiper.

I have no affiliation, and haven’t yet tried either one, so just mentioning it because it seems like it might be worthwhile. If anyone knows of anything better, please post son before I dive in.

There is out there a 3D printed lathe with plastic filled with concrete. It looks sturdy.
