My A1 Mini started clicking last week and the print quality was trash.
I would increase the heat on the nozzle and it would slightly improve but then persist. Check out the images of my extruder gears - nothing glaring but there is some gunk on the gear.
I ordered a new extruder unit, installed it new unit and got this error - HMS_0300-1800-0001-0004.
I uninstalled/reinstalled- same error. I believe it’s related to the two Eddy Sensors that screw into the TH Board.
I checked the continuity of the Extruder Unit and it had no continuity. I did buy this Extruder unit off Amazon. I’ve subsequently returned that unit and ordered directly from Bambulab.
For what I paid on Amazon, I was able to add a new Filament Sensor, TH Board, Extruder Unit & Filament Sensor Housing for another $20! It may not be as fast as prime shipping.
Regardless- am I missing anything?
