Extruder clicking

I have this same issue. When I manually extrude using the interface it extrudes just fine. When I start a print the extruder starts clicking while the toolhead is still up in the air. I’ve tried 2 nozzles, but both of them had recent clogs.

Now I get the error: Nozzle temperature malfunction, so I opened a ticket.
I haven’t been able to use my A1 for 3 weeks.

I ordered 2 new nozzles from Amazon.

By the way, I thought everything was fine yesterday. I started a print. Someone came to the door so I didn’t see the beginning of the print. When I came back the nozzle was digging into the build plate. Completely destroyed my brand new $32 Frostbite plate.

Hi, Please Help.

I have read through past threads on the subject and tried everything. The gear turns great during extrusion of filament when loading/unloading filament and flushing/purging operations. But as soon as it goes to print it clicks/jumps/starts/stops and extrudes very little filament as you can see from the video if I can upload it!.

I read through all Bambu Lab Wiki and followed all the various instructions for troubleshooting but I cannot find any examples of loading/unloading filament is working but starts to click only when trying to print!

Any advice would be greatly appreciate.

In my case I’m also stuck with this. More than a year using the printer and it worked flawlessly. Did all the maintenance and calibration on time. A week ago the printer started skipping steps. Tried everything and it does not seem to work. For some reason, the printer manages to print benchies flawlessly, but for any other print, the nozzzle gets clogged during printing. The filament blocks the entrance to the nozzle (I leave a picture below). I tried different materials, printing profiles, nozzles… Nothing seems to work.
