Yesterday I had an extrusion resistance abnormal error half way through a long print. Since I had a spare nozzle assembly I replaced it and printed the same item again without altering anything.
To my surprise, in what looks like precisely the same level the same thing happened. I didn’t take a photo of the screen yesterday but today it is showing level 627/1301 54% of a 17h5m print
Even if I did not do the job properly the first time, how can it fail in the same place?
I have the half of the failed print and placing them side by side of the plate it really does look like precisely the same level.
Both used same PLA spool
P2S that has been busy the last 6 weeks.
