I am printing Bambu PLA Tough+ and on a couple of printers I am getting extruder motor overload messages. This seems to be limited to the same 4 printers in my 21 P2S print farm. I am printing with a 0.6mm tungsten carbide nozzle and have reduced the volumetric flow rate, recalibrated, and replaced nozzles but the problem recurs. I am running the latest firmware. The printers have around 450 hours of print time.
Could it be an AMS problem?
Any ideas to solve this would be great.
post filament’s settings please
then i would start to observe the fluctuations of the temperature readings on the nozzle, especially during the preliminary tests in the beginning, where a lot of on-off occurs
start to set max volumetric speed 8, test that then maybe rise it a bit… 22 is too much

22 volumetric speed at 220C is your problem 100%
