I’ve only had my printer 10 days and so far I’ve had five occasions where I’ve had various warning on my printer, extruder overload, failed to pull out the filament from extruder, nozzle temperature is abnormal. Every time this has happened bar one I’ve had to strip the head and remove the filament out the extruder, one time it was chocked in the gears other time snapped and blocked nozzle…….. I have a creality ender 3 V3 which I have never had an issue with.
I see there seems to be a pattern of this error so am I doing something wrong here?
I have raised a ticket with bambu but to be honest I’m ready to return this printer as it wasn’t cheap for me to purchase and it’s not impressing me or filling me with confidence in the slightest.
One thing I want to ask, do you all calibrate your filament going with the manufacturer recommendations for bed temp, print temp etc or run with the standard bambu or generic settings
Same filament each time? On my old printer (not a bambu, fwiw) I had a run of bad prints due to jamming and other issues in the hot end. Replacing the spool of filament made all those issues go away.

Different filament but same brand, I use sunlu but it’s happening with both pla and petg.
Could be moisture but I don’t have any issues using the same filament stored in the same area with the creality so I’m assuming it’s not moisture related due to this. A couple of times it’s happened it has been brand new sealed rolls that’s went into the AMS (not that I’m saying that means they are totally dry).
Wierd. The snapping/grinding of the filament sounds like it is brittle or out-of-diameter, but ibwouldnt expect that of multiple rolls of filament (especially if they’re working well elsewhere). Did you try contact bambu support directly?
Unfortunately I haven’t been 3d printing long enough to say it’s weird but it’s frustrating the heck out me…..
I had a look today but the only source of contact I could see was to raise a ticket, I would like to get straight to support though as I really feel something isn’t right with my printer
A little while ago I started getting the extruder overloaded notifications as well. Tore things apart a couple times, did a bunch of cold pulls and I never found anything that should cause it (I’m using Sunlu PETG for the most part). I finally received my spare parts order from Bambu and decided to put a new .4 nozzle in and all my overload notifications went away.
