Extruder stepper motors failing

From the start g-code you can see :

M17 Z0.4 ; lower the z-motor current

or even :

M17 X1.2 Y1.2 Z0.75 ; reset motor current to default

Maybe you can try

M17 Ex.x

But this is only a untested supposition

EDIT: you can try E0.0 and see if the extruder is completly out of order

EDIT: there are other command but as Bambu firmware is closed source I dont know if they implement this M906 M907 (best is to ask bambu team)

The issue was not temperature related. It was a defective stepper motor. I was printing with PLA at the standard 220/35 temps.

iā€™ve had the same issue as everyone here, changed the motor the extruder and the nozzleā€¦same problem. changing the motor will not solve your problems .

Problem solved !!! I did 15 cold pulls with the Allen key till the key totally didnā€™t have anything on there, i always did just one or two but never 100% till its totally clean. and i had exactly the same problem like all the pictures up there. but i did change the motor so if this doesnā€™t help you change it.

I have the same issue that is described by the pictures above
Did any of you try to replace de extruder assembly?
Did the motor change work?

Same problem here. Looks like rust all over the inside. Stepper motor does not work. P1P is 4 months oldā€¦pretty disappointed.

Same motor problem with me. Whats going on Bambu?

ā€¦my problem was I thought the nozzle is clean, but it wasnā€™t. change the extruder and nozzle first. would also make sure your slicer has the right nozzle.
