I’m getting an extruding filament failed error. I know there is no clog as I have removed the extruder to verify and can manually feed filament in fine. The problem is when loading from my AMS, the filament makes it all the way through the buffer to the extruder but when it gets to the extruder the filament buffer spring slaps back and forth a bit before retracting and trying again. It does this about 4 or 5 times before it gives me the error. I’ve included a video link of the problem. I have also took the buffer off and verified everything is fine. Really stumped on why it is doing this so any help is appreciated. 
When people experience this outcome, it is common to follow the filament throughout the path it can travel.

Thank you but as I have stated the filament makes it all the way to the extruder head, nothing wrong with the PTFE tubes. The way I have got the filament to load though, is to hold the tube exiting the buffer (keeping the spring mechanism from moving) and this allows filament to load for some reason.
I read that.
My point was, when people experience what you are the best thing to do is to unplug all the parts to put them back together again.
As you are manually dealing with the buffer, start with the tubes from the buffer to the AMS and the inlet.
I have tried that. Nothing looked wrong with the tubes.
Are you lucky enough to have a spare PTFE coupler or a 4-in-1 adapter to hand?
If so, hook one of those up from the AMS outlet to the printer input.
Essentially, bypassing the buffer as you believe (based on manual interactions) that it may be a factor.
The objective being to rule something out, namely the buffer.
Sorry for the late reply I’ve been busy with work, and I was waiting on my new buffer to show up. I replaced the old buffer and its still doing the same thing. I’m lost to why it wont load as I can manually load.
