I try to print an airplane wing with LW-PLA. I am using a H2D printer and bambu studio 2.1.0.59. At layer 238 there is a extrusion path generated although there is no model to print at this area, please see picture. Please advice how to fix.

Is the software complaining that your model has nonmanifold edges + need to repair? If so, try that first. Also load your raw model in blender (etc) and verify that you dont actually have vector points or surfaces flying out in that area.
Still present? Slice, preview, select render by “line type”. What kind of line type does it say those are?

The model seem to be fine, no warning. This extrusion path is only there, if Brim is acitvated and the line type is also brim…

This should be raised to support as a bug. Brim types should never be generated midair. Send them your 3mf that recreates the issue.
