Everytime i get this problem but there is nothing wrong i checked everything multiple times.
That alert can be caused by many things: Tangled filament, the ptfe tubes are in weird angles causing friction, extruder gear failiure, broken/stuck filament, disconnectad ptfe tube….

When using a filament clip that I found on Makerworld, occasionally while printing the filament gets caught on the clip and binds causing the above error.

But thats exactly the problem there is nothing of these problems everything worked until now. I checked everything again restarted everything.
i now switched the entry and it works so one of the things on the ams lite isnt working what should i do
Open a bambu lab support ticket, they will solve it 100%
I have exactly the same problem… also only one of the ams lite colors has the problem 
one Idea could be to cut the ptfe tubes so there is not a long bending… that could maybe solve it, I will try it later!
