So haveing the same print fail roughly at the same layer every time.
Gone through all the troublshooting steps same isses at the same point.
Printing eSun PETG. No AMS external spool (fully dried 13hrs in Creality pi)
Tried different hot eng temps / bed temps
Lid open
Tuned K values
Max Volumetric speed 8mm 12 20
Brand new hot end.
Retract values and speed tuned.
Other projects using the same settings work fine. feels more like a slicer issues is causing the error to be thrown.
Last image show how close the layer it fails on last 3 failed attempts.
Replacing the hotend and cleaning the extruder will fail immediately on resuming the print.

Ok re-ran the print at silent mode (very slow) still failed on exact same layer
Your printer (and physics) is working exactly as it should.
As a general rule, overhangs have a limit of about 45 degrees. That big, curving section of the part at the immediate point where it leaves the plate is like an 88 degree overhang, there’s no way that’s gonna print properly on it’s own without falling and curling and all kinds of funky stuff.
You need supports in this area! “Support critical regions only” needs to be UNCHECKED!
Edit: even if you somehow manage to get the curve printed without supports, at layer 168 that massive bridge across the front is gonna fail soooooo hard.
Edit edit: layer 174’s gonna be a disaster, too 
It always fails at layer 10 never gets past it , just printed at 50% zero issues
Yes, you can only print unsupported up to a certain point before it fails. You need to turn off “Support critical regions only”
Support critical regions is unchecked,. but that does not explain why it fails with an extruder resistance issue ?
I probably should have been more clear. Supports do two things - they hold overhanging regions up, and they hold them down.
When a part is highly unsupported for many layers, it begins to curl upward. By around layer 10, the force of that upward curling is enough that it’s pushing against the nozzle opening, which resists the flow of molten material. That in turn makes it harder for the extruder to push the filament into the hotend, and that causes the error you’re getting.
You should also be printing with the door and lid shut, if you have the aux cooling fan it should be off, and it can’t hurt to preheat the chamber by setting the build plate temp to what it’s gonna be at for the print for awhile first.

Nope failed again at layer 11, tried rotating the print and a repair
Well I just kept clicking issue resolved and eventually it got past what ever was causing the issues and ran smoothly up to 87% Same issue at layer 187 the flat section has come away form the supports and bowed up..
