I have this problem on BambuStudio 2.1. I’m printing the same model of Yubico case dozens of times. Recently I have updated firmware and Bambu Studio to new version. And this is when problem started. This model has some small overhangs which are not printing well with new version only. After rolling back to old version and old firmware everything is perfect again. So I have compared printing speed after slicing model and here is the thing:
So now, people who will download and print my model using new version will start complaining that it’s not working. Looks like i have to reprint and correct profiles for some of my models now. Any suggestions, workaround? I have also noticed massive VFAs on larger models which I posted some time ago. This is slightly better in 2.1 version after it got some fixes but now this…
EDIT.
After unchecking “slow down for overhangs” in Bambu 2.1 it prints perfect again.
