Failed print due to AMS management

Ok, here is an interesting instance. Started printing with a Sunlu filament which has a different diameter hole and guess what?! My biggest fears came true. It fell off the AMS while on top of my @BambuLab Modded support for A1. (poor design btw… it should not have an angle.) So i thought, i will put the roll on the far end (3-4) so it would stay there and finish the print.
Well, guess what again?! There is no way for my print to continue, now that i have black color on that same slot 3 and there is no way to update it mid print. What am i supposed to do now except cancel the print?! I would not place the filament on the same slot 1.
Ummm… Im running the latest BBL studio version, which actually states that AMS settings can be changed while printing, but the only option i found was “reset” which resets everything…

Any ideas or solutions before i come up with one?

Print this for your Sunlu spools, there are plenty of plastic versions but I like the TPU adapter better.

Thanks, i will. But you should be able to pause and change the AMS config so you would be able to continue printing as it was in my case. I had to stop the print as it was nothing there to do.
or better yet…
